This agency is looking to hire a talented Recruitment Consultant to join their Tech team who solely focus on hiring exceptional technologists for market leaders within Back end technologies.
They are looking for someone to build a new desk for another technology stack. They have an average placement fee of £15,000. This is therefore a fantastic opportunity for a highly driven and motivated individual, who is seeking a role with life changing earning potential alongside exceptional incentives, with the end result being offered a partnership share in the business.
What you'll receive:
- Quarterly incentives - currently their consultants can achieve holiday vouchers valued up to £12k
- 45% commission earnings on what you bill.
- 25% split on positions you fill from the other founder.

- You are skilled in dealing with all stages of the candidate recruitment lifecycle
- You're committed to delivering the best possible service to clients and have demonstrable experience managing key accounts with a focus on quality and integrity
