In order to do so the candidate has to be able to source and qualify leads that will meet the company's criteria. To be successful, the candidate will have to understand the technical depth of the industry and the company to become and effective talent partner.

This role has a base salary of 26.2k, with an OTE of 45-50k, with top performers earning six figures. If you're driven by comission and being rewarded for your hard work then this could be the role for you.
