RCQ Associates is hiring!
To support our growth ambitions, we are searching for an experienced Recruitment Consultant/Manager who has a strong work ethic, proven track record and the desire to grow and develop a business unit (with potential to significantly scale).
You must be adept at building client relationships and will work closely with one of the Founding Directors in defining the strategy; with responsibility for executing this on a daily basis.
Key attributes we are seeking:
- Strong track record of developing and maximising new client relationships
- Demonstrable experience of successfully placing candidates in varied and complex roles
- Excellent analytical capability
- The ability to work autonomously and at pace
- Self motivated, with the desire to excel
- Experience of managing people would be advantageous but not essential
