We're looking for 360 recruiters with 12 months + experience who want to join a rapidly growing specialist agency in London. Ideally you will have some technical recruitment experience ( Engineering etc) but still open to most sectors.
This is a warm desk with spending clients, however, you will be expected to be able to slowly work on your pipeline ( you will get plenty of time and support/development)
The average biller bills $400k in the business - some are exceeding over £1million.
No micro-management, a great solid team who progress fast, and lots of perks.
Responsibilities
- Actively source and qualify candidates
- Manage the client's needs and expectations
- Maintaining strong relationships in the market
- Working to improve recruitment efficiency
Qualifications
- Right to work in the UK
- 12 months minimum recruitment agency experience
- Able to travel to London a couple of days a week initially
