Base Salary - £23,000 - £25,000 + Commission (£45,000 OTE)
6+ Months Sales/Recruitment Experience Required OR Degree educated

Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant
- Headhunting the best talent in the marketplace for your clients' businesses.
- You'll use a range of sales and marketing techniques to attract the best - including job adverts, Linkedin content & building your own personal brand, Networking, sales calls & meetings.
- You will develop your own client base and become their go-to for business growth and helping them to reach their goals.
- You'll manage offers & close deals.

Requirements
- Educated to Degree level
- Sales/Recruitment experience if no degree
- Sociable and confident personality
