CY Partners is a successful, independent scientific recruitment consultancy supporting a growing network of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology, chemicals, and environmental companies. We recruit scientists for multi-national blue chip companies through to emerging start ups and virtual biotechs, across the UK, Europe, Asia and Australasia. Due to ongoing growth, we are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant - Science to join the London based team, recruiting across the UK and internationally.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be working with a team of commercially focused professionals, with scientific backgrounds, who are instrumental in supporting career development, talent acquisition, and networking with scientists across the globe. The Recruitment Consultant - Science will perform a '360' role, to win new clients in the scientific sectors through sales and business development and support the generation of candidates within exciting areas such as clinical and scientific research and development, scientific sales, product management, drug discovery, molecular diagnostics, chemicals development and analysis, and environmental testing.

To be considered for the Recruitment Consultant role, you will need to be a scientist, or have worked in scientific recruitment or scientific/technical sales before. You'll be a natural networker and be able to build long and lasting relationships, while delivering first class customer service to both clients and candidates. The role will be based at our lovely office in Spitalfields, London, although you will have significant flexibility between home and office working.
