Recruitment Consultants - All levels 30 - 75k salary - $100k Deals - Upto 200k OTE - Southend
We are hiring an additional 3 recruiters to work in the Southend office for our We Are Revolution umbrella company running our 3 core brands

We pay more than the majority of the industry, we provide a huge amount of leads, our billings are up there with the highest in the industry, we work harder and longer hours than the industry average.
We expect our best recruiters to bill $100k+ every month
Highlights - Revised increased salary
30k - 75k Salary (We genuinely pay upto 75k for Recruiters - our deals allow us to)
$25 - $100k+ deals
100+ candidate leads per week
20+ client leads a week
300 live clients
500 live vacancies
Upto 20% commission - flat rate

We work very long hours to cover USA hours 09:00 - 18:45 Monday to Thursday and reduced hours on a Friday
We make a lot of calls, hundreds a day
We have a process that works, which has to be followed
This is a full on position that has great earning potential but requires you to be always on
