My client is a leading and award-winning law firm with an impressive client base, who are looking to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator who will report into the Senior Recruitment Manager on a maternity cover FTC, based in London.
The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for the administration and support across both Business Services and Fee Earner recruitment. This will be a varied role and is a fantastic opportunity. The role is to support the Senior Recruitment Advisors and Senior Recruitment Manager within the wider team.
The key duties will include:
The Candidate will have experience in a high-volume recruitment role with previous in-house agency experience desirable. The candidate will be proactive and professional with a knowledge of systems (Recruitment databases, excel, outlook). They will have exceptional communication skills and offer a personable and efficient approach to their workload. It is essential that the candidate has excellent attention to detail and can manage their own workload efficiently when working remotely, but also collaborate with the team and build strong relationships firm wide.
