Your new role
You will work collaboratively with functional and operational teams across the BSW Group to accommodate end-to-end recruitment activity. You will provide support and guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and will work to continuously innovate candidate attraction methods. As the dedicated Recruitment Coordinator within the business, you will serve as the in-house recruitment expert, working alongside the wider HR team to maximise efficiency and minimise time-to-hire.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous internal or agency recruitment experience, the ability to establish strong working relationships and effective communication skills. You will be able to manage numerous vacancies at once, displaying flexibility in your approach to changing priorities.
