Aramco Overseas Company London are looking to hire a Recruitment Business Assistant. This position will be a contract role initially for a period of 12 months to cover an increase in workload with the team.


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our Recruitment team. The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This position will support the AOC UK Talent Acquisition team who are servicing the European domestic recruitment mandate from Aramco Overseas Company.


Responsibilities:


  • Arrange and coordinate both virtual and face to face interviews
  • Process agency invoices through SAP
  • Maintain and update invoicing tracker
  • Post job descriptions on applicant tracking system (Success Factors) and Linkedin Recruiter
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking system
  • Support recruiters with additional sourcing needs.
  • Perform adhoc recruitment activities as and when required.
  • Assist with onboarding of candidates, this can include collation of documents, RTW checks and coordinating with onboarding team in The Netherlands.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Recruitment team, including organizing meetings, managing calendars, and processing expenses.


Requirements:


  • Experience in recruitment administration and support is essential
  • Experience within oil & gas preferred but not essential
  • 2-3 years recruitment coordination experience.
  • Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work in the office 5 days a week
