Job Overview:
We're looking for an organised and motivated individual to join our team and help us find the perfect people for our live jobs! In this role, you’ll spend your time searching for qualified candidates and making the hiring process smooth and easy for them. This role is perfect for someone who loves helping people and has strong communication and organisation skills.
Key Accountabilities:
Search for and attract top talent for our clients' open positions, using a variety of recruitment systems and technology. Create well written adverts and messages for open roles for promotion on job boards, LinkedIn, and email. Screen candidates on the phone to assess their suitability while promoting the company / job. Create shortlists of qualified and interviewed candidates. Build strong relationships with potential candidates, answering any questions and keeping them updated on progress. Manage the recruitment process, including interview arrangement and candidate communication such as job offer or rejection. Manage our CRM system, making sure all the information is up-to-date and easy to find. Work collaboratively with our Recruitment Consultants, helping them fill jobs and keep things running smoothly. Pass any commercial leads or information across to the relevant consultant.
Person Specification:
2+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred. Great communication skills, both written and verbal. Supportive and helpful. Organised and detail-oriented. A team player: You're always happy to help out your colleagues. Experience with recruitment tools such as SourceBreaker, LinkedIn Recruiter, or Vincere is a plus.

Location: Chandler’s Ford / Eastleigh Rate: £18K-£24K + commission + bonus + benefits
