We work with independent power producers, EPCs, Developers, Utilities, OEMs, and Consultancies offering both permanent and contract recruitment solutions and are now considered as the go to experts throughout many countries.
Due to some amazing client wins of late through North America we are now looking to hire a delivery recruitment manager to work from our HQs in Newcastle upon Tyne. Samuel Knight Energy USA are based in Dallas & Boston managed by our SVPs of Sales and Client Partners, to support the projects we work on we have built a world class delivery function in Newcastle upon Tyne which gives us a 19hr working day. This position would ideally suit someone who has managed internal recruitment functions across the Energy sector or a senior account manager for large scale recruitment campaigns.
You will be responsible for leading the team, managing day to day activities for the USA Delivery function whilst supporting and developing the team into world class recruitment consultants.
A big part of the role is working closely with our US Team sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates through to a successful placement.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- A strong leadership mentality fully conversant with situational leadership models i.e. support, direction, encouragement, and motivation.
- A sound recruitment background delivering to multiple roles managing key accounts.
- A sound understanding of recruitment processes and competencies.
- Can lead a team of 10 x delivery consultants with the aspirations to grow this team to 25 delivering a world-class service to the USA Team
- Ideally a good understanding of energy , renewable energy, construction, or Tech
- Must be willing to carry out front end recruitment with our clients leading from the front.
- Must be tech savvy and have experience working from a global CRM system.
The role is working US Hrs. , a normal working day for the USA delivery team is 13:00hrs – 22:00hrs.
