Recruitment Director - Sustainable Technology

Owing to ongoing expansion and client demand, we are now seeking to recruit a passionate Director level candidate to drive the Sustainable Technology division, connecting skilled IT and technology professionals within digitally focused organisations, which contribute to a sustainable future.

What are we looking to achieve through this critical hire?

The mission of this role is to establish and build a technology recruitment desk where the focus is on supporting sustainably conscious organisations. In this role you will capitalise on our existing deep-rooted relationships whilst constantly developing new business opportunities.

Sitting within our leadership team and working closely with the Founder of the business, the successful incumbent will build a team, so will be a confident leader. Progression in this role would lead to being part of the executive management team.

As a Recruitment Director, we are looking for a candidate with the following:

• Proven leadership capabilities, having run and developed a team.
• Demonstrable experience of developing a new desk from the ground up.
• Experience of holding responsibility for a divisional P&L, alongside accountability to set and meet team targets.
• A methodical, persistent and relentless approach to developing new business within the tech sector, diligently establishing and nurturing new client and candidate relationships.
• A hunger towards being recognised as an industry expert, regularly staying updated on industry trends and market shifts in technology and software engineering and possessing a strong, long established network of contacts within the sector.
• This opportunity would be well suited to an IT / technology recruiter who is looking to evolve into supporting more sustainably conscious organisations.
