Source, engage, and recruit top-tier talent Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidates' skills, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Oversee the entire 360-degree recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and their global teams. Serve as the authority on industry trends, emerging talents, and global recruitment best practices. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Proven track record of winning business and lead generation Experience in contract recruitment across any STEM background Strong understanding of the engineering sector and its talent landscape.
