We're on the lookout for an experienced Early Careers Specialist to join our client's team. In this dynamic role, you'll drive end-to-end graduate recruitment campaigns, collaborating closely with internal and external partners.

What You'll Do:
- Lead recruitment for Data Science and Data Analytics.
- Partner with stakeholders to meet hiring goals, ensuring diversity and inclusion.
- Manage the full candidate journey—from attraction to onboarding.
- Oversee graduate programmes, providing support and pastoral care.
- Facilitate assessment centers, deliver training, and host key events.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in early careers and volume recruitment.
- Strong stakeholder management and people skills.
- Passion for nurturing young talent and facilitating their growth.
