J Browne Construction Co. Ltd (Browne) is a water-focused utility contractor based in Enfield Lock. The company operates throughout the Southeast, providing multi-disciplined water infrastructure and non-infrastructure work for water sector clients, as well as delivering utility connections and infrastructure services to the developer market. Due to growth across the Browne Group we are now seeking a Senior Recruiter / Recruitment Manager to join us on a 12 month FTC basis, full time ideally (but open to part-time consideration).
Role Description
This role is based at Enfield Lock with flexibility for some remote work.
This is a transformation opportunity to identify and implement improvements across the full recruitment cycle.
The Senior Recruiter will work with hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment campaigns across a range of technical and non technical roles with the support of an HR Advisor.
Qualifications
- Significant recruitment and talent acquisition experience across multi site, ideally construction/civil engineering.
- Ability to analyse, identify and implement end to end recruitment process improvements that deliver against DEI and cost reduction objectives.
- Experience in a high volume blue collar environment preferred, but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong stakeholder Management skills
- Knowledge of Linkedin recruiter and innovative sourcing techniques
