Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team at SDS Talent. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment and a proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes. As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring we meet the talent acquisition needs of our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team recruitment targets. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various industries and job functions. Tailor approaches to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their recruitment needs, provide expert advice, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Oversee and enhance candidate sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct recruitment methods. Ensure a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline.
  • Process Optimisation: Continuously review and improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and leverage technology to streamline operations.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and labor market conditions. Provide insights and recommendations to clients and the recruitment team.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyse key recruitment metrics. Prepare and present reports to senior management and clients to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Experience in recruitment
  • Skills: Proven ability to manage a team, develop recruitment strategies, and build strong client relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and industry best practices. Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
