Well established independent Consultancy are looking to launch their Education Division.

You will be responsible for building and developing a well established business and Team.
The ideal candidate will have previous recruitment experience within education.
This is a Snr. Management/Director role so you must possess delivery and business development skills, the ability to manage your business and clients as well a work with an established team and will have the initiative and vision to develop the business further within this buoyant sector.
You will have full accountability for P&L and will be responsible for initiating and implementing key strategies for growth in line with the company's strategic & growth plans. Previous recruitment experience is essential.
This client are looking for strong business leaders that have the drive and desire to succeed in a challenging but rewarding industry. You may also be an experienced Manager looking to take that step.
