Due to significant growth, we are recruiting for 2 Managing Consultants to join our Manchester Power and Oil & Gas/Energy Transitions team to support on new and developing opportunities within this sector


You'll be a great fit if:

  • You want to act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure the joining process is smooth
  • You can work collaboratively with each operation to fully understand each department’s needs
  • You have a solid track record of billings and are of a tenacious and consultative nature with a keen eye for detail and process
  • You can show to supervise and lead the team to the deliver the KPIs and desk plans set from the budgeting process and reforecasting
  • You understand how to connect with top talent to discuss our live roles and help NES Fircroft to find candidates who perfectly compliment our operations
  • You take ownership for your own workload and outputs
  • You successfully undertake business development to generate new leads
  • You enjoy deploying creative sourcing methods and can create a strong presence on social media to educate about NES Fircroft’s opportunities and initiatives
  • Can build credible relationships with candidates and clients, demonstrating knowledge of the sector and the market conditions that affect and influence roles and rates


To be considered you need:

  • To be personable with strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience in the recruitment sector within permanent direct hire, contracting or executive search
  • Proven consistent billings year on year
  • Strong business development skills and commercial acumen
  • Solution orientated and effectively able to negotiate for a win-win outcome
  • Process driven to ensure high quality of service and best practice
  • Experience of managing a team of at least one individual
  • 3+ years’ experience in a recruitment role
  • Team lead/management experience preferred
