Responsibilities

As a recruitment Officer, you will:

  • Coordinate with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source Candidates: Utilize online channels, social platforms, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
  • Plan Interview Procedures: Design interview processes, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Assess Candidate Information: Evaluate resumes and contact details using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Craft Job Descriptions: Create compelling job descriptions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  • Lead Employer Branding Initiatives: Contribute to our employer brand by showcasing our company culture and values.
  • Participate in Recruitment Events: Attend job fairs and career events to connect with potential hires.
  • Forecast Hiring Needs: Collaborate with teams to anticipate quarterly and annual hiring requirements.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Proven Work Experience: Previous experience in Recruitment/HR or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Recruitment Tools: Knowledge of social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting Skills: Hands-on experience with various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of Organizational Roles: An awareness of the differences between various roles within organizations.
  • Education: A degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
