Coppervein Associates are a UK based recruitment firm delivering recruitment outsource processes to mining companies across Africa. Due to recently being awarded a flagship mega project in West Africa, we have an immediate requirement to grow our team. The position would suit someone with prior experience working with large organisations within the mining, construction or engineering space. There arealso opportunities to visit and see 1st hand what impact your role has on the operations and local communities. Our office is based in Knutsford, however we would consider remote working applications. Responsibilities will include: End to end professional recruitment. Actively participating in the selection process. Work closely with global mobility to support a smooth onboarding process. Partnering with hiring leads to understand structure, purpose, and requirements of each position. Refining interview guides and position descriptions. Maintaining a high standard of work including areas of administration, customer service, and compliance. Providing weekly and monthly recruitment reports to the Recruitment Manager and hiring leads to maintain effective, streamlined, communication. Experience: Minimum of 4 years experience in professional recruitment. Worked within mining, engineering, construction or oil and gas sectors. Proven experience in providing recruitment advice and sourcing strategies. Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong stakeholder management & internal relationship building. Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic environment and able to adapt as the organisation changes. On Offer: Initially this is a 6-monthfixed term contract with an opportunity to extend.
