Experienced Recruitment Resourcer / Junior Recruitment Consultant - Executive Search

We require a UK based experienced recruitment resourcer with experience in recruitment consulting industry to work with a dynamic and good-humoured team, led and trained by some of the most talented executive search professionals in the industry. What you will do
This role is for those at the beginning of an Executive search career. Joining ECR Global at this stage means you will receive training, coaching and mentorship to help you stretch and excel in your personal and professional development. We believe in learning on the job, so from day 1 you will be supporting the execution of searches by, researching the market, the sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, participating in update calls, preparing update documents and supporting market mapping activity.
Whilst being given these initial responsibilities, it is expected that you will find ways to develop yourself and demonstrate a thirst for learning, alongside the formal training you will receive. We are there to support you EVERY step of the way. All you need to do is give the best of yourself.
