Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Proactively engaging with candidates via multiple job boards, also seeking out niche skilled individuals
- Managing and guiding candidates through recruitment process from the application to start date
- Interviewing and screening candidates
- Liaising and building relationships with clients to successfully assist with their recruiting needs
Key Skills/Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills – you must be able to handle a heavy and fast-paced workload
- To enjoy working to targets
- Strong IT skills, including the use of MS Office applications (CRM/ATS systems are a bonus)
