Job title: Recruitment Resourcer

Start: ASAP

Location: Chancery Lane – Central London – Hybrid working 3 days in the office (Wednesday compulsory day) and 2 days from home

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £23,000 to £28,000 dependant on experience

Our recruitment teams provide the full range of recruitment services, with our teams providing: Temporary & Contract hiring, Permanent & Executive Search Services.


We are currently seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy, well-established and high-performance temps’ division in our London office very close to Chancery Lane Station.

The main purpose of the role is to provide Resource support and generate candidates for vacancies our clients are seeking temporary staff for.


Responsibilities


  • Assisting the Director on the temp division with candidate sourcing and temp candidate administrative support
  • Headhunting and approaching candidates, identifying if they are available and suitable for any live roles, pre-screening CVs and creating candidate shortlists for live jobs
  • Developing a good understanding of clients’ needs, their industry/sector, as well as their work culture and environment.
  • Using job boards and LinkedIn to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates.
  • Meeting with candidates, formatting CVs, writing profiles on candidates, correspondence to clients in respect of suitable candidates.
  • Organising interviews for candidates as requested.
  • Working towards daily, weekly targets
  • Requirements


    • Good level of education
    • 6 months to 1 year experience in recruitment resourcing or a research/ sales support role
    • Experience of dealing with clients and candidates (desired)
    • Strong Administration skills
    • IT literate, preferably with experience in using database/CRM
    • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
    • Ability to work under pressure and work to tight deadlines
    • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
