Job Role: Recruitment Resourcer

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

Location: Northampton Central – Cultural Quarter

Type: Full Time / Permanent / Office Based

Hours: Monday to Friday – 08:30 – 17:00

Overview

Everest People Solutions have an exciting new opportunity to support the recruitment and daily candidate management & resourcing for all permanent vacancies. We are looking for someone who has either worked in a Recruitment or Talent environment previously. As the Recruitment Resourcer, you will have a positive can-do attitude with the ability of working well in a team and support the growth of the permanent division.


Key Duties & Responsibilities for the Recruitment Resourcer

  • Sourcing candidates for all permanent vacancies via email, calls, LinkedIn Recruiter & job boards.
  • Monitoring all applications via LinkedIn Recruiter & job boards
  • Telephone screening candidates ensuring you provide a good level of vacancy briefing to gauge interest & the skills meet the request of the client and job spec.
  • Checking and copying ID, VISA's and other proof of right to work documents, always enforcing compliance regulations.
  • Monitoring and updating SalesForce accordingly, following company processes procedures.
  • Write comprehensive candidate profiles and job adverts.
  • Ad hoc administration


Requirements for the Recruitment Resourcer

  • Ideally 1 years' experience as a Recruitment Resourcer or within a similar role.
  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with great communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and able to meet very tight deadlines.
  • Strong level of IT, administrative and organisational skills.
  • Previous CRM / ATS experience
  • Time management skills
