SSQ is looking for a dedicated Legal Resourcer to join our growing in-house team and contribute to our continued success. As a Legal Resourcer, you'll play a pivotal role in sourcing top-tier legal talent, building relationships with candidates and clients, and supporting our recruitment consultants in their day to day duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified legal professionals.
- Build and maintain a strong network of legal candidates through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Screen CV's and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and qualifications.
- Assist recruitment consultants in coordinating interviews, managing candidate feedback, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, reports and update our internal database with relevant information.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights to our team and clients.
Requirements:
- A degree in Law, and or experience in the legal industry highly desirable.
- Previous experience in sales or networking preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
