A bit about the role...
We're searching for a confident individual to help recruit, train and grow our exceptional team of Brand Ambassadors. As part of the role you'll be finding our next Pure superstars through various channels (constantly looking for new opportunities), holding enjoyable training and on-boarding days while promoting Pure's fantastic company ethos. You'll be a true people person who is empowered in watching people hit their goals and succeed.
Responsibilities
- Interviewing new recruits
- Finding opportunities for new recruits
- Working within your own recruitment budgets
- Holding inclusive onbaording & training days
- Monitoring new starter performance
A bit about you
- Target orientated
- Confident self starter with a passion for development
- Background within training/management/recruitment
- Fantastic communicator
- Valid UK driving licence (some travel required)
- Love of Dogs 🐾
- Genuine, kind and honest

Job Type: Full time
Salary: £25,000- £35,000 (depending on experience) + On target earnings
