Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Technology Recruiter with strong sales acumen and outstanding communication skills. In this role, you will influence decision-makers to build relationships and win new business. You will collaborate closely with both internal and external hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, source and engage top-tier candidates, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.


Responsibilities:


Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with technology companies and industry influencers.
  • Actively explore and pursue new business opportunities within the technology sector.
  • Foster relationships with potential clients to understand their talent needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align recruitment strategies with overall business development goals.


Talent Acquisition:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, identify, and engage top-tier technology talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
