As an independent family-run recruitment consultancy based in Nottingham, we are looking for an experienced customer-focussed candidate to join our expanding team. As a successful Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of our established and expanding Engineering division; this division predominantly covers roles within Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Civil Engineering and Surveying, as well as more generalist Maintenance and Site roles up to management level. You will drive your desk to success by observing competitors, developing business, chasing leads, talent finding, interviewing and skills matching. Manage the negotiation of job offers and recruitment fees ~Expand our presence with job seekers and businesses in the Engineering sector ~Record new vacancies accurately and in line with Employment Agencies Act legislation Our established and experienced Recruitment Consultants are not processing staff, they are empowered to take ownership of their division and strive to live our mission to exceed expectations every time.
