Their work is often complex, multi-jurisdictional and innovative, across many sectors and client types. Their practice is varied and includes the full range of real estate finance, both for investments and developments. Unusually alongside the usual diet of financing matters, they also advise lenders on trophy or "passion assets", including art, and classic cars! ,
To be considered, you need to have significant REF experience, be able to run transactions, and be comfortable with extensive client contact. You also need to be ambitious as they are looking for individuals who are aspiring for partnership. Low chargeable target hours, great working environment and competitive remuneration together with real partnership prospects make this a very appealing proposition.
