Job Title: Senior Manager - Project Management

Salary: £96,693 to £113,755 per annum + £8,000 car allowance

Location: Hybrid role based in Manchester

Hours: 36 hours per week

Duration: Permanent

We're looking to recruit a dynamic professional, working at a relevant senior level to oversee the project management team and direct the Group's Project Management (pre-construction activities), Design Management and Cost Planning activities within our Central and Northern regions. The team are responsible for design & technical consulting and for ensuring the deliverability of our projects during all pre-construction stages for successful conversion of a development brief into a design and de-risked solution that can be guaranteed and delivered by our partnering contractors. This is a senior manager role within the Project Management and Commercial department. The Project Management and Commercial department is the glue between the Land Acquisition, Development management & planning and the construction processes and is critical in the success of our development ambitions. You'll have extensive property development experience of directly running pre-construction teams previously and experience of medium to large scale residential projects. Extensive technical experience and knowledge is essential for this role and could have been obtained from working for a commercial developer or a contractor background. A consultancy background would be considered if the experience is directly related project management to all the criteria. You must of already obtained appropriate development/construction qualifications and being a member of a relevant chartered institution is preferable. We're seeking a senior manager with strong driven project management skills and the ability to support Clarion's development objectives & commercial requirements.
