HOTEL THE CAESAR, A NEW PROJECT

The London Regional Sales Office for Derby Hotels Collection represents and sells the DHC brand and entire portfolio of properties, operating from the UK & Ireland Region and selling Worldwide across all market segments.


Located in a group of Victorian style buildings, The Caesar Hotel enjoys a tranquil setting in a residential area with privileged views over Queen's Gardens, next to Hyde Park and close to the Notting Hill neighbourhood. Its classic English-style facade contrasts with the modern and minimalist design of its interior, decorated with a fascinating collection of Roman mosaics.


At this time, The Caesar Hotel is immerse in the most important challenge of our company undergoing a comprehensive fully rooms and public spaces refurbishment. The project started in January 2023 and after a total renovation that has involved an investment of more than 20 million pounds sterling, the entire inventory it is estimated to be available on 2025.


We are looking for a new team member who can offer an elevated approach and be effective at representing and selling our brand product in this - the top market/source region for the Company leveraging London as a global platform enabler of global reach.



KEY RESPONSABILITIES AND FUNCTIONS


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Director of Sales to lead our sales team for the launch of our The Caesar hotel in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability. The focus will be on maximizing revenue and market share, as well as strengthening relationships with customers and strategic partners.


Provide support and report frequently to the Director of Sales and Communications based in Barcelona Headquarters.


Assume leadership as a Team Manager for the sales office in London, supervision all team activities.

Coordinate and collaborate with the other corporate sales offices in Barcelona and Madrid to optimize collective efforts towards organizational goals.

Develop the implementation of the Global Sales Action Plan for the DHC group, ensuring alignment with main organizational goals within the Sales department.

Promote and manage the DHC group portfolio and optimize revenue generation in accordance with strategic directives and predefined objectives.

Lead the development of the Sales Action Plan for the successful launch of The Caesar Hotel.

Accurately positioning the company, conducting distribution and competitor analysis within the UK, Nordic region and other International markets.

Supervise and achieve the contracting process for the Hotel Caesar London, in addition to expand relationships with UK market clients who may have interest in other properties within the group.

Maintain updated corporate agendas and databases, cataloging key accounts within the corporate and MICE segments to ensure targeted engagement and relationship management.

Organize direct sales calls, hotel site inspections and presentations to key clients within the UK, Nordics and other International markets. Participate in tradeshows, roadshows and fam trips in accordance with the global sales calendar.

CRM and PMS and Salesforce administration.


CANDIDATE PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and Direction Management within the Tourism industry.

University degree in Tourism, Business Administration (ADE), Marketing, or related fields required.

Knowledge of the Luxury, Corporate, and MICE segments in the London market and globally.

Strong commercial orientation with exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

Extensive experience in managing and motivating team members.

Excellent command of the English language written and oral. Proficiency in Spanish and another European language is highly desirable.

Availability for national and international travel.

Proficiency and competent in Key Microsoft and Project Management software.

Knowledge of Tesipro / Ulyses Cloud and CRM Salesforce is advantageous.

The candidate must be eligible to work in the UK
