Job Description
My client, a Developer, seeks a Regional Facilities Manager with experience in managing multiple buildings in close proximity, primarily offices. You will be responsible for sites located in the City and West End of Central London. Daily liaison with service partners is essential, along with close tenant engagement and attending meetings with the portfolio owners.
You will report to the Head of FM, with opportunities for growth and development in the role.
Your responsibilities will include managing project works on-site from cradle to grave and appointing relevant contractors.
Flexibility in work arrangements is available.
