VPZ are the market leading UK based specialist vape and e-cigarette retailer. We currently have over 150 stores across the UK with more store openings on the way. We are looking for experienced Regional Managers to help with our growth plan.
Reporting to the Head of Retail, a successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the stores within their Region, delivering service and service/sales training to ensure our staff provide best in class customer service to the benefit of our customers.
Main Responsibilities:
To support the Cluster Managers within your area whilst overseeing their training and development on an ongoing basis
Working alongside your staff on the shop floor trading stores
Ensuring that there are no obstacles to the trading of the stores under your care
Oversee general performance standards and time management on a regular basis
Monitor sales and KPI reporting
The ideal candidate will:
Have a proven track record as a Regional/Area Manager in a retail/hospitality/fast paced environment
Be customer service driven
Be highly motivated and ambitious
Be able to demonstrate high levels of operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
