About the role We have a fabulous opportunity for a pro-active and driven individual to join as an Regional Product Manager for the Packaging – North Europe Region. This would be a perfect opportunity for an ambitious, customer focused individual to come and be part of this amazing team!This role plays a leading part in our Product Agenda by driving growth through supporting and advancing our innovation process through the gate and stage process. You will work collaboratively with divisional colleagues and cross functional squads to bring innovations through the Innovation Stage Gate process from Product Development, through to Commercialisation, driving the successful deployment of scalable solutions in the region.Your remit will include but not limited to:As a member of the Commercialisation Squad, the Product Manager leads the deployment of Innovation in the regionCollaborates with the finance, operations and design lead to effectively commercialise products into the region and ensures successful executionInputs Regional product and market insights to enhance the products’ value propositionSupports central team during opportunity scoping on leading concepts to enable priority mappingWorks with regional category managers to define go to market strategy and identify target customers & segmentsSupports local markets in identifying & onboarding relevant target customers and implementing MVP solutionWorks with each market in the region on a market product introduction planCommercialises innovation products in each market in the region, offering training, sales & mkt collateral and direction on sales strategySo, if you have experience within an product management role, have the energy and proactiveness to work in in a fast-paced role and are eager for a new challenge – then we might be looking for you!About you Analytical skills to drive product portfolio managementExperience in managing complex portfolios to drive business decisionTechnical knowledge of our materials, products, manufacturing processes.Knowledge of commercial aspects; costing, MOVC, pricing, etc.Driving for results in matrix organisational structuresInspires, communicates and leads on the Category Product InnovationMS Office skills - advanced (esp. excel)Strong project management skillsFluent in English, any other European languages are a plusStrong written and spoken communication skillsTenacious, pragmatic, task orientated, completer finisher, resilient, bringing clarity and alignment where there is ambiguityProven experience in product management role in a manufacturing environment operating across different countries.Experience managing cross functional teams to deliver ambitious projectsBenefitsCompetitive salary25 days holiday plus bank holidaysPension scheme, life assurance and income protectionSharesave schemeEmployee Assistance ProgrammeEmployee DiscountsCycle to work schemeLocation: This is a full time, home-based role with travel to sites and customers as needed.
