A Day in the Life of a Regional Recruitment Business Partner

As a Regional Recruitment Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in our recruitment efforts, sourcing and onboarding talented care workers across various branches in your region. Your responsibilities will be diverse and stimulating. You'll collaborate with stakeholders daily to craft effective recruitment strategies tailored to our region's needs. Managing budgets, overcoming recruitment challenges, and leading a small team of recruiters will be integral parts of your role.

About you

To become the our new Regional Recruitment Business Partner you will need;

  • Proven expertise in high-volume recruitment, with a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment cycle.
  • A keen awareness of market challenges in the social care sector and the ability to design effective recruitment strategies.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and utilising data, tailoring presentations for diverse audiences, and reporting recruitment performance against KPIs.
  • Strong team management, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Commitment to working at a base location for 2-3 days per week.
  • Willingness to travel throughout your allocated region.
