The Oilfield Services and Equipment (OFSE) segment of Baker Hughes provides products and services for onshore and offshore oilfield operations across the lifecycle of a well, ranging from exploration, appraisal and development, to production, rejuvenation and decommissioning.
Make an impact in a dynamic environment
The Regional Sales and Commercial Manager is responsible for originating sales by creating customer engagement plans, owning the customer relationship and deploying teams to identify new opportunities to build the sales pipeline. You will play a strategic role focused on long-term vision and mid-term execution.
The Regional Sales and Commercial Manager will also be responsible for:

  • Promoting the value propositions of BKR to new and existing customers, owning the development and execution of sales strategies for the assigned product line within region
  • Leading processes and activities that enable the sales organisation to achieve business objectives, driving market share and profitable revenue growth
  • Aligning with the sales strategies for other product lines working to identify pull-through opportunities
  • Leading and managing a team of sales people setting targets and objectives for success
  • Collaborating with service delivery teams to align opportunities pipeline with financial targets.
  • Training, mentoring and coaching assigned personnel to develop and maintain a technically competent and motivated workforce

  • Have significant experience in a commercial or sales leadership position where you have been hands on with new business attainment
  • Have a good understanding of the offshore tools and services used in Pressure Pumping, Coiled Tubing or Cementing
  • Be results-orientated with the ability to think strategically
  • Be inspiring and able to motivate individuals and groups towards achieving goals

  • Be fluent in English with good oral and written communication skills
  • Be a leader by example with a proactive and can-do attitude
