Zearch is pleased to assist in hiring for a UK Country Manager / RSD on behalf of a leading PE- backed PLM/ERP business. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Director/Country Manager to lead our client's UK & Northern European sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong Enterprise B2B software sales background, proven leadership skills, and expertise in various sales methodologies e.g Meddic. As the Regional Sales Director, you will drive sales growth, manage a team of 4-8 Enterprise Strategic AE's, AD's and GAM's. This person will develop strategic initiatives to expand our client's market presence in the region. Through various verticals including; Energy, Utilities, Public Sector, Aerospace, Defence & Manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4-8 Account Executives, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets. Ability to grown in to 2nd line management. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and expand market share in the UK & Northern EMEA region. Utilize MEDDIC/MEDDPICC sales methodologies to drive the sales process and close complex enterprise deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive customer satisfaction. Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and provide regular reports to senior management. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 5+ years of leadership experience in enterprise B2B software sales. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Expertise in MEDDIC/MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies. Strong understanding of the enterprise software landscape, including PLM, PIM, ERP or Supply Chain space. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
