We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Supply Manager EMEA based at our Head Office in Goole, East Yorkshire. In this role, you will coordinate the Supply side of several manufacturing and distribution facilities in multiple EMEA countries. Working with the Demand Manager to lead the EMEA S&OP. You will need to anticipate trends in global supply chain requirements and proactively adapt the European organisation, systems and processes to maintain Crodas position as a leading supplier of chemicals in its chosen markets. Essentials: Experience on leading multi-site S&OP, inventory optimization, LTP improvements, Shortage Management Knowledge of the operational capabilities, capacities and constraints to be able to have informed discussions with the operations teams about supplying the demand plan Responsible for monitoring stock levels, stock status, KPI investigation and MOQ process You will have a proven track record of creating and managing change successfully. You will have the ability to assimilate and process diverse and incomplete or contradictory data and information with sound decision making skills You will be able to demonstrate leadership, commitment and tenacity to be effective. Have a continuous improvement mindset. Desirables: Experience of working within the chemical industry Professional Supply Chain Qualification SAP
