Regional Support Manager - South East Region

Up to £35,000 + £4,500 Car Allowance + Bonus

About Us:
Outdoor & Cycle Concepts, one of the UK’s largest outdoor retailers, operates under brands like Cotswold Outdoor, RunnersNeed, and Snow + Rock. We are seeking a Regional Support Manager to join our South East Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support: Assist the Regional Manager with coaching and development of store teams.
- Lead Projects: Drive region-specific projects and initiatives.
- Cover: Step in for Regional and Store Managers as needed.
- Ensure Compliance: Oversee operations, including financials, stock, and people policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven retail management in a multi-site environment, ideally with outdoor, apparel, or footwear experience.
- Skills: Strong background in KPIs, budgeting, and team development.
