We are seeking a Regional Support Manager to join our South East Region. Key Responsibilities: Support: Assist the Regional Manager with coaching and development of store teams. Lead Projects: Drive region-specific projects and initiatives. Cover: Step in for Regional and Store Managers as needed. Ensure Compliance: Oversee operations, including financials, stock, and people policies. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Proven retail management in a multi-site environment, ideally with outdoor, apparel, or footwear experience.
