Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Care Manager at Verity Healthcare Limited in Milton Keynes. The Registered Care Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of care services. This includes case management, training, and ensuring high-quality care for elderly individuals and those with social service needs. The Registered Care Manager will also work closely with medical professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Qualifications
- Case Management and Elder Care skills
- Experience in managing and coordinating care services
- Strong knowledge of social services
- Medical background or familiarity with medicine Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Training and certification in relevant areas
