Job Description

Nurses / Residential Care / £20 - £24 p/h / Days / Nights We are recruiting experienced nurses (RGN) to work within a 39-bed Residential, Respite and specialist Dementia care in the Warrington area of Cheshire. 10 of the beds are moving to nurse led care which is what the successful nurses will be managing. The service and the homely environment is designed for people to maintain their independence, achieve their goals and to build on meaningful and long term relationships with other residents. We need nurses who can offer block bookings for both day and night roles as well as ad-hoc shifts so please state your preference on your application. Salary £20 p/h days (Mon - Fri), £23 p/h weekday nights (Mon - Fri), £24 p/h weekends Double pay for Christmas, Boxing and New Year's day. All other bank holidays are paid at time and a half You are paid day rate to complete online training prior to the placement start date. Shifts are 12.5 hours (Days 8.00am - 8.00pm and Nights 8.00pm - 8.00am) on a rota basis (breaks are fully paid) working either 3 or 4 shifts a week on a rolling rota. The service is currently purely a residential service but from 1st July 10 of the beds will be changing to nursing care so we will need nurses to commence from 1st July 2024 for these placements.
