Leaders in Care is seeking a kind, caring and experienced Registered Nurse to join our client's welcoming team in West Bridgford, Nottingham. This Registered Nurse role comes with a favourable salary of £19.50p/h plus NMC fees paid, paid breaks and handover, paid training, support with revalidation and free onsite parking.
As a Registered General Nurse, you will support the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager in providing leadership to the care team and effective 24-hour management of the home within the available resources. Shift times are 0745-2000 with alternate weekend working.
In your first few weeks in this Registered Nurse role, you can expect to:
Promote the highest standard of person-centred clinical nursing care to residents
Manage, allocate duties and supervise the care team, ensuring quality delivery of care for the duration of the shift
Take responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of adults that you are responsible for or come into contact with
Promote professional standards within the home supporting the Deputy and Home Manager
To apply for this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with a valid PIN. You will also require the following:
Experience in elderly care
Evidence of knowledge relating to the care of older people in order to undertake the coaching and supervision of senior care and care assistants
A professional manner and appearance
The ability to coordinate and motivate a team
