As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
Working alongside a well-trained clinical team
Assisting the Deputy
Leading by example to ensure high standards of care are maintained
The ideal candidate for the Registered Nurse role should:
Be an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN)
Hold a valid NMC pin
Have strong elderly care and clinical experience
Be able to integrate into an already established team
