Job Description
Leaders in Care is looking for a Registered Nurse for a full-time role working night shifts at a luxurious nursing home in Lytham St. Anne's. The role comes with a salary based on a rate of £19ph.The shifts are 7.45pm until 8am, working 3 nights one week and 4 the next, 44 hours per week in total. You will be paid for your full shift, including breaks and handover time.

Carrying out general nursing care, including dementia, nursing and residential care
Ensuring the care home meets all current CQC requirements and provides the highest standards of safety, comfort, and care - rated as Good and Outstanding with the Care Quality Council
Delivering time-saving and efficient care so that you can focus on the people you care for.
To apply for this Registered Nurse role, you will need relevant nursing qualifications (RGN/RMN) and a current NMC Pin. You will also require the following:
At least six months' post-registration experience in a similar role
The ability to work as part of a team that is committed to providing the highest standards of care
The desire and drive to expand your professional development as an adult nurse.
Annual salaries are circa £43,000. Other benefits include NMC fee paid, Bank holiday enhancements, generous annual leave, paid training and DBS, pension scheme and ongoing career development.
