Responsibilities : Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs, medical histories, and symptom observation. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with doctors and other healthcare professionals. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors, ensuring patient safety and monitoring for side effects. Educate patients about their conditions, medications, and treatments, empowering them to participate in their care. Assist patients with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and eating, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Collaborate with doctors, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and effective patient care. Advocate for patients' needs and ensure they are informed and involved in their care decisions. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records to document care provided and patient progress. Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices. Uphold high standards of infection control and patient safety. What We Require: Valid NMC Registration. Minimum of 1 year experience in a hospital setting (preferred). Strong clinical skills and a comprehensive understanding of nursing principles. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Commitment to ethical practice and adherence to NMC guidelines.
