Registered Nurse required for Day Shifts near Fordingbridge (SP5)
£20.25 - £20.75 Per Hour

Shifts - 8.00am – 8.00pm
Full Time or Part Time Hours on offer
Beautiful, homely, friendly Nursing Home is part of a group which is growing and is now seeking a Registered Nurse for Day Shifts.
As a Registered Nurse, you will ensure that the highest standard of Clinical Care is delivered to residents at all times, within the NMC Code of Conduct, promoting each person's privacy, dignity, choice and independence.
The role is a busy one, varied and rewarding and no days will be the same. You will have the autonomy to care the residents, whether you are monitoring a resident's blood sugar levels, blood pressure levels, administering medication, giving a detailed handover to the team on the next shift, or assisting a resident at the end of their life. Please be rest assured you will be fully supported by the whole team.
You will also be working with other trained Nurses and Management Team in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating quality nurse care.
It will be important to you that the residents are enabled to fully participate in decisions affecting their lives, embracing the philosophy of person-centred care, to ensure all options are explored to ensure the residents decisions and choices are met.
Your role is to create a happy, friendly, caring and safe atmosphere, putting the service users needs first.
As a Registered Nurse, you will have an active NMC PIN Registration and a right to work in the UK.
