<h3>Registered Nurse - Small Nursing home in Aberdeen</h3><p><strong>Registered Nurse - 55 bedded Nursing home in Westhill, Aberdeenshire ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) £22.05 p/h</strong><ul><li><strong>Location : Westhill, Aberdeenshire</strong></li><li><strong>Salary:</strong><strong>£22.05 p/h</strong></li><li><strong>Hours:</strong> Full time - 36.5</li><li><strong>Shift Pattern:</strong> Mixed</li><li><strong>Contract Type:</strong> Permanent</li><li><strong>Beds:</strong> 55</li><li><strong>Care Type: Nursing -</strong> Elderly, Dementia , Respite and Palliative care</li></ul><strong>Requirements:</strong><ul><li><strong>Valid and clear NMC pin number</strong></li><li><strong>Passion and eagerness to make a difference.</strong></li></ul>We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a passionate nurse and experienced nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to come join our long-standing staff and support people living with Dementia and the frail elderly.<br>Our home is located and lovely tranquil woodland, which we do take advantage of and regularly organize activities so our residents can enjoy the local wildlife.<br><br><strong>Induction, training, progression:</strong><ul><li>The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme, which will include various training courses and shadow shifts before you get started. You will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where nurses can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home.</li><li>You will also have access to training opportunities to develop and enhance your nursing skills with ongoing support from the manager. Training and development are one of the major ethos of the Care Home.
