The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our supportive and friendly team here at Animates Veterinary Clinic, Thurlby!
Day to day duties include all aspects of general practice nursing, inpatients, theatre, exotics, consulting, dispensary and some reception. Responsibilities are varied but could include clinical governance, developing the current nurse clinics or nurse training depending on the skills and preferences of the candidate.
Full time is 40 hours 8am-7pm Monday to Friday with a late shift until 9.30pm once a week for night handovers. This can be flexible, and we are willing to accommodate part time.
Weekends are 1:3 Saturdays 8am-7pm, no Sundays, Bank Holidays or OOH
Salary for the role is up to £28,000 depending on experience.
About Us
We are a two-site small animal and exotic practice across two rural south Lincolnshire market towns with a supportive team, great facilities including separate cat, dog wards and exotic wards, DR x-rays and all the usual equipment for general practice.
About the Team and Culture
We have 9 Vets including certificate holders in ECC and Opthalmology, 7 RVNs, 6 SVNs and 11 Support staff. The ideal candidate will be a forward thinking RVN wanting to develop their career while having a positive impact on clients and colleagues alike.

Applicant Requirements
Experienced RVN able confident in all areas of general nursing who wants to develop their own career and is willing and able to support less experienced team members.
